Using the Drop-Down Panel

The drop-down panel gives you access to additional DVD features.

To access the drop-down panel

□ Click the down arrow (■) in the bottom right corner of the DVD

Player.

Drop-Down Panel Functions

The following options are grayed out if they are not supported by the DVD in the drive.

Option

Description

DVD Menu

Displays the menu that is available on the DVD.

Title Menu Displays the title menu, for DVDs divided into multiple

titles.

Subtitle

Select from the available languages for subtides.

Audio Track

Select from the available languages for the audio track.

Multi Angle Select from the available camera angles for the video.

Aspect ratio

Select 16:9 (widescreen) or 4:3 (normal) aspect ratio for the

video window.

TV Out

Displays the Display Properties dialog box to enable or

disable TV Out.

Setup Displays the DVD Player Setup control panel. See

“Changing the Default DVD Player Setup Options” on

page 52 for details.

To close the drop-down panel

□ Click the up arrow (m) in the bottom right comer of the drop-down

panel.
